I visited today with a friend and had a disappointing experience. We waited approximately 10 minutes before being greeted by a server. When the server finally approached us, instead of offering a welcome or taking our drink order, they immediately questioned me about not leaving a tip during a previous visit. I do not recall ever being served by this individual, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable and unprofessional.
