It would be nice if the “extra, most, bestest” Pizza I received tonight even slightly resembled the one you see on the commercial.
Ordered the Smokehouse for the first time and was handed one that was in the warmer. When I asked about a fresh baked pizza I was told it just came out of the oven. Even though it was lukewarm at best. Got home and it was cold and rubbery. This was the first time I have ordered Little Caesars in over 2 years, and I now know why I hadn't been back. Nothing like a fresh pizza and this just isn't it!!

On the rare occasion when issues arise, the management team goes above and beyond to resolve the problem, as seen in the case of the manager who helped an upset customer. Overall, Little Caesars Pizza is a reliable spot for a hot and ready meal, despite some drawbacks.
