My family ordered pizza and when we got there they said the gave it to someone else so then we had to wait 30-40 minutes and still no food, the worker was going to give us the food for free due to the inconvenience but their manager arrived so we just got a refund and left tempted to go back and complain

Well. I ordered a Italian cheese bread and hula Hawaiian pizza. The ICB was slightly undercooked but it was still good. However the same could not be said for the Pizza. The dough wasn't cooked all the way like it was almost done, but not quite. The ham tasted like it had been scooped out of a can and the pineapple tasted like it's been sitting out for a long time. The pizza tasted like old ham and disappointment. Then a customer came in and wanted a fresh pizza cupcake looking thing where there's 4 in a box. The customer wanted a fresh one and the manager was rude and didn't want to make a new one.... like dude you're gonna make one anyway, what's the difference between now and 5 min from now. That was ridiculous. The customer ended up ordering a bacon one to make sure it was fresh. Like dude. Just make a new one if the customer asks, theres literally no point in arguing it. Whatever though. This was around noon on Mar 8.

Don't bring cash because they don't take it. Ordered on the app and they refused to accept cash when picking up. Went down the street to Domino's and had no problem paying with cash.

The store looks very dusty and the pizza sauceās holder is filthy. The general store manager (Stephanie) was cleaning food off of the floor without gloves. She starting cutting my pizza without washing her hands. After I confronted her she got pissed and stated, āI did not touch your pizza with my hands.ā She cursed me and I cursed her before I knew it. I apologized, because I wasnāt raised that way. She proceeded to tell me that she had been working all day, as if thatās an excuse not to wash her hands. I will NEVER EAT from this location again. This is why people get sick from eating at places with employees with this mindset.

I truly wish I could give zero stars. Don't bother going inside, they will act like you don't even exist until you leave. They will not even acknowledge you if you don't go through drive through. Whoever was working on 10/18 needs to lose their job

Food is fine and you can watch them make it, which helps me with any anxiety about dropped food or other hygiene related issues that may go unnoticed. However, be prepared to wait forever to get your food. Even if you order ahead be prepared to wait. This location is always under staffed unless you go in between 1-3. If you order using the app make sure you place the order at least 1.5-2 hours before they close. If they are behind on orders and it gets to be closing time, they WILL lock the doors and they WON'T make your pizza. I placed my order 1 hour before closing and when I got there 15 minutes before closing, they had already locked the doors and turned off the lights and all phone calls went to a corporate number. I had to wait for the staff to walk outside so I could ask about my order. I was told I could pick it up between 11 and 12 the next day. I went in the next day to get a refund, the manager said she couldn't do that because it was an online order. Yadayada.... I eventually reached someone who could help me. I was told to expect a refund to my debit card within 5-7 business days. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't received a refund. If my son didn't love their cheese pizza so much I would never go back.
Parking: This location is in a strip mall and the other stores are barely hanging on after the grocery store moved. The parking lot is a jumbled up mess with weird parking, stop and yield signs are faded to white, there are more potholes than asphalt. Getting into the parking lot is easy just pull in anywhere. You don't need dedicated entrances for this shopping center. You make your own entrance. Getting out is a game of life and death. It's best to drive your lead lined school bus if you are going to go anytime after school until they close at 8pm!
Kid-friendliness: Don't send your kid in to pick up the order. Kids are invisible inside the store
Wheelchair accessibility: I guess you can make your own wheelchair accessible parking space if you can find one that doesn't have a bunch of potholes

Literally the WORST place. Unbelievably rude and don't care about anything. Messed up multiple orders in a row. Grease leaking out of boxes, ruining our clothes, and when asking for napkins or an extra box to even be able to put the order in the car, they will refuse because an extra box will "cost them money". Guess what. Your greasy pizza, which we returned for a refund, cost you more than an extra box. Never ever will we return to this location. Absolutely unacceptable how they treat well tipping customers.
