The wait was about a 1 hour wait the lady before me waited 2 basically 3 hours and the next lady also waited about an hour then when I got my pizzas they were not the right thing but I didn't notice until I got home and the lobby was full they also waited until after people ordered to even tell customers that they didn't know how long it could take and that they could not do refunds every time I visit there is excuses and I always order online yet always have to wait even longer and both ladies waiting 1 hour and almost 3 hours also had online orders

They deserve 0 stars but 1 is the lowest can give them. We were waiting for over an hour IN the lobby. The service was horrible. Wen we finally got our pizza they said it had been done they jut didn't see us when we were literally standing right in frnt of ourselves. Not to mention while we were waiting we could hear the manager fussing and being ugly to someone over the phone.

The truth is, those people there don't serve you. I had a bad experience today. I paid for a pizza. They made me wait more than 25 minutes. When I went to claim my pizza and showed them the receipt, they didn't give it to me. They said there was no pizza, and I showed them the receipt that I had paid for with my card. They are incompetent.

Extremely rude manager! She had a nasty attitude when we came in at 9:30 for just 1 pizza and breadsticks. She said that they close at 9:45 and acted like we were inconveniencing them, even though online it says 10 o clock. She informed us that they only deliver after 9:45, but the teens that came in at 9:40ish she said that they were just closed and had broken everything down already, so either she lied to them or us. The worker was nice but the manager was very difficult and not good. We even apologized stating that we didn’t know that they closed that early since we haven’t been in a while and she was still rude. I would understand if we came in 2 minutes before closing but not 30.

My family ordered pizza and when we got there they said the gave it to someone else so then we had to wait 30-40 minutes and still no food, the worker was going to give us the food for free due to the inconvenience but their manager arrived so we just got a refund and left tempted to go back and complain

Well. I ordered a Italian cheese bread and hula Hawaiian pizza. The ICB was slightly undercooked but it was still good. However the same could not be said for the Pizza. The dough wasn't cooked all the way like it was almost done, but not quite. The ham tasted like it had been scooped out of a can and the pineapple tasted like it's been sitting out for a long time. The pizza tasted like old ham and disappointment. Then a customer came in and wanted a fresh pizza cupcake looking thing where there's 4 in a box. The customer wanted a fresh one and the manager was rude and didn't want to make a new one.... like dude you're gonna make one anyway, what's the difference between now and 5 min from now. That was ridiculous. The customer ended up ordering a bacon one to make sure it was fresh. Like dude. Just make a new one if the customer asks, theres literally no point in arguing it. Whatever though. This was around noon on Mar 8.

Don't bring cash because they don't take it. Ordered on the app and they refused to accept cash when picking up. Went down the street to Domino's and had no problem paying with cash.

The store looks very dusty and the pizza sauce’s holder is filthy. The general store manager (Stephanie) was cleaning food off of the floor without gloves. She starting cutting my pizza without washing her hands. After I confronted her she got pissed and stated, “I did not touch your pizza with my hands.” She cursed me and I cursed her before I knew it. I apologized, because I wasn’t raised that way. She proceeded to tell me that she had been working all day, as if that’s an excuse not to wash her hands. I will NEVER EAT from this location again. This is why people get sick from eating at places with employees with this mindset.
