Every time you go they either don’t have a hot and ready or they can’t take orders in the store. My advice go to Helena or Domino’s down the street

I’ve never had a problem with Little Caesars and I love their pizza. However, I ordered pizza on February 3rd and it said it would be ready that same day around 7:11-7:16. So I get in the car and go “pick it up”, but when I get there, they’re closed. The worker in there simply told us they’re closed with a hand motion. I’m upset because she won’t even bother to come out and ask anything. There were pizzas in the portal, which could’ve been mine or these other girls who ordered online. Nowhere did it state they were closed. I’m upset at the lack of importance given to their customers. I will be going back tomorrow for a refund hopefully. Will update.

Every time I order from this little Caesars, there was a problem. Today I placed my order and showed up to pick up after 30 minutes, and the store had never received my order through the app. They refunded my money, but they wasted my time. This happens almost every time I order at this little Caesars. If I do get food, the quality is subpar, or the pizza is cut up in some sort of maniacal way. The photo in this review is a picture of an actual pizza I received from this location on a different order.

Kids running this place in their pajamas. All look like they haven't bathed and being obnoxious. Long hair and beards with no hair nets. We got our money back and left. No thank you. Absolutely disgusting.

This location is terrible. Understaffed, and the workers that work there do not like their job and the worst crime is the fact that they never have them ready!!. Little Caesars supposed to have a pepperoni or a cheese ready! Not here, you gotta wait 10 minutes.
I placed an order online. There is no spit to leave a comment or request. The phone has a recording that says to order on the app and when you press the option to speak with a person it just says they can not accept orders over the phone. I just want to ask someone to cut the pizzas twice since they’re all for my kids birthday party but apparently that’s too much to ask. What happened to businesses and the customer service relationship??

This location is critically understaffed. When I stopped in most recently, there was only one person working, and the usual average is two individuals working. That's just barely enough to keep up with the orders coming in, and it usually results in a pretty long wait time. I regularly have to wait 15 minutes for food at a place whose primary selling point is "Hot and Ready." The workers are friendly, funny, and incredibly good at service, but it just doesn't make up for the large wait times when compared with other pizza places that have similar wait times, better pizzas, and, now since the COVID-caused price hikes, similar prices.Parking: This location is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking out front. Additionally, people with regularity park along the front of the building.Kid-friendliness: The place is a small shop with no real fragile items or distractions to be watched for, so long as they don't get loose into the back. Bring some toys or a video game for the kids to play while you wait, or be ready for some conversation, and they'll be fine.

I had an issue with food I picked up so I had to go back in, and I will admit I was annoyed and prepared for them to be annoyed right back at me, but the lady that helped me, I think she was a manager, was extremely apologetic, and very nice. She helped me immediately and went above and beyond to make it right, and even though I was annoyed, her demeanor completely change my attitude as well, so I appreciate that. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she deserves recognition for sure.
