Food is fine and you can watch them make it, which helps me with any anxiety about dropped food or other hygiene related issues that may go unnoticed. However, be prepared to wait forever to get your food. Even if you order ahead be prepared to wait. This location is always under staffed unless you go in between 1-3. I visited this location with a custom order that I waited for and witnessed one of the employees, Owen do an amazing job communicating with every customer who walked through the door. He was very polite and asked everyone how their day was going. It’s rare in a world of fast food transactions to have someone like Owen make it feel like the local pizza joint.

This location is critically understaffed. When I stopped in most recently, there was only one person working, and the usual average is two individuals working. That's just barely enough to keep up with the orders coming in, and it usually results in a pretty long wait time. I regularly have to wait 15 minutes for food at a place whose primary selling point is "Hot and Ready." The workers are friendly, funny, and incredibly good at service, but it just doesn't...
