This was the worst experience at a McDonald's I've ever had. Not because of anybody or anything other than, the fries were so cold that they were almost still, normally I would have taken it back but whenever I pulled in they said that they were only accepting mobile orders or doordash orders because I don't really know I guess cuz it was 10:00 and they closed at 11:00 but the freeze had been sitting there for forever the sandwich was so cold that I wound up throwing...
I’m a huge fan of McDonalds Sausage McMuffin with egg. I stopped in passing through Alabaster and ordered two. The cook needs training on how the English Muffin is prepared. Both of my sandwiches had cold muffins straight out of the package on the sandwich. Please fix this as I may pass through again.
The Big Mac was one of the best I've had in a very long time, seriously! Hot and plentiful sauce! Fries were great, although I miss the original oil the fries were cooked in back in the 70s and 80s until they decided to go healthier. Overall everything was great!!
