My non-dairy latte' was prepared with whipped cream on top, so I explained that being non-dairy, I can't have cream either. Kayla said she'd redo the order and spoke out each ingredient, Almond milk, caramel syrup... except she actually left out the caramel syrup, rendering the coffee tasteless except for unsweetened almond milk. No sweetener at all. When I reappeared with the cup to request sweetener, she had a curious smirk on her face---a smirky smile. "I promise i put caramel in it, but I'll remake it." After the second remake, it tasted this time of cow's milk. So, to be sure to prevent a horrible reaction, I'll have to toss this coffee. I've not experienced this type of negative experience at any other Panera Bread location. My latte order is a standing order on my Panera account. Never had a problem anywhere else.Dietary restrictions: Beware thar your non-dairy latte may have whipped cream added without warning.
There was an older man working, grey hair seemed to be dressed like a manager. The most foul attitude toward customers and staff. Was rude infront of me to more than three people including myself while waiting on a to go order. Seems to really hate his job.

We just went to this location for the second time and most likely will not be back. The restaurant is very messy. The drink station was in the process of being cleaned and the tea container looked disgusting. I can’t imagine even drinking anything out of it. There was a staff member in on her day off and she apologized for the beverage area. Not her fault though. The bathroom was equally gross and the floor around the trim looked like it was covered in black mold. For the prices I think Panera can do better….

This is a nice place for a trendy crowd. Food was good, a little bit pricey but good food. Service was ok, but a little wait is required while they make your food.

We eat here frequently and it's pretty reliably good. The entire place could use refreshing (an update/new flooring and fresh paint/or at least a thorough deep cleaning). And they need more employees as the order line is often long and the employees are usually seen rushing around desperately trying to stay on top of the work.
First time here, and it is a great place to have a quick lunch.

They made me wait 20 minutes for an order that was ready. The manager in a blue shirt was rude the whole time, and blamed it on me saying i had to specifically ask for my order. I asked for the order when i got there and was told it was still being worked on and asked again after 15 minutes of waiting and was still told to wait.
