I order pizza from here about once a month. I order my pizza with light sauce and we'll done. Tonight for the 100th time guess what? Regular sauce and regular bake. I mean I am used to it at this point but it's not like I go out of my way to make these changes, they are actually options I select on the app. I really hate to complain but Itip good before receiving my order on a carry out order only to see that once again it's not the way I ordered. I called once...

Friendliest Papa John's I've ever visited. They treat you like family. Delicious fresh pizza with a smile. The stuffed crust pizza and the cheese sticks are my personal favorite.

Just wanted to review a fast paced restaurant when I see them do something right! I ordered a pizza with banana peppers and the guy working forgot to add them while making my pizza. He right away offered to remake the pizza for me and give me the other one for free. Definitely didn’t have to I would have been fine without the peppers but the associate stepped up and corrected the problem without me even complaining. Best food customer service I have seen in awhile around here!
