All the people at Planet Smoothie Alabaster really are what keep me coming back. The menu is just a bonus. They have my order said to me before I even speak. If you go in there, try the Chocolate Elvis with a a scoop of meal replacement powder. I am very grateful that we have them close by in Alabaster! Highly Recommend!
Just watched 2 employees working with a rush of customers and only 1 employee doing it all. The Thompson dance team sweatshirt girl needs to work on her customer service also. She was rude and I tipped praying my tip doesn’t go to her. As a business owner myself I would be embarrassed and disappointed if my staff acted like that. Never tell a pregnant lady here you go and act like it’s a burden you had to get a drink carrier.
Shea was great. She was quick and efficient and also showed me how to enter the information on rewards on my laptop which actually gave me $5 off that order. She did not need to show me how to enter on my phone nor did she treat me like a foolish Luddite. Will definitely visit again.
