Customer service was top tier. Kaneesha( probably not the correct spelling) was a delight and she made sure our food was hot and fresh.
The dining area of the store could benefit from improved cleanliness and maintenance, particularly concerning areas such as baseboards, corners, and overall sweeping.
However, the focus on providing fresh food during slower times is excellent and executed effectively here. I prefer waiting six minutes for freshly prepared chicken during off-peak hours over getting older chicken in just one minute. The food is consistently very fresh, so please continue this practice!
