Some of the most bold tacos in the area, like a punch in the mouth of flavor. I like to eat them with a generous amount of salt. Our favorites are the Chorizo and Pastor, but the Asada, Carnitas, Camaron, Tripa (crispy intestines), and Suadero (tender beef breast) were good too. The tacos were super juicy, I didn't even have to drink any water with my meal they were so juicy. Love it. The tacos are medium to large size. Since moving to Alabaster I have been incredibly disappointed with the Mexican food in the area. I finally figured out I just need to go to the trucks in the area or to Pelham. This is by far my favorite little place to eat by me if I'm craving some tacos.
