would give this place 0 stars if i could <3 staff is always rude and they are always out of whatever you're going to order, no matter what time it is. good luck getting something even remotely close to what you had in mind when you pulled up!! go somewhere else, do not even attempt, not worth it soldiers?

In the past I was not happy with my experience at this store. Today I was very happy with the service and the ice cream. An employee named Dex remembered me from the previous trip and remembered our conversation about the flavors of ice cream and the fact that no waffle cones were available. He made sure there was waffle cones and told me right off the bat they just opened up a container of butter pecan. I am very thankful for Dex and kudos to him for an excellent customer experience.

Our group stopped there today at 8:25pm for icecream a young male worker hold the front door barely open just to let us know they were not serving anymore. We said we only wanted icecream and could sit outside in their patio table. He said they had already cleaned and would not be able to serve us any icecream.That was kind of rude since we even offered to use the drive thru to order and he just repeated they would not serve it.There was a young lady walking towards the door but he didn't even let her talk to us as his body was in the way and he was holding the front door.Terrible customer service!

When you go here, have patience.. there is always a turnover of staff, meaning there are always new people who training and seem lost as to how to fill the orders. Be patient, explain your order.

They NEVER have pralines and cream. THEN they get upset with me when i ask them why. Everyone is backwards these days.
