In the past I was not happy with my experience at this store. Today I was very happy with the service and the ice cream. An employee named Dex remembered me from the previous trip and remembered our conversation about the flavors of ice cream and the fact that no waffle cones were available. He made sure there was waffle cones and told me right off the bat they just opened up a container of butter pecan. I am very thankful for Dex and kudos to him for an excellent customer experience.
They still give free samples! Had to carry grandkids. Nostalgic for me.Good times!

Baskin-Robbins offers a delightful experience, with exceptional service and a wide variety of flavors. The staff, such as Dex, provide excellent customer service, remembering conversations and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Despite occasional staff turnover, being patient and explaining orders clearly helps to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
