They don’t get orders right, I ordered a bacon whopper melts and a fry with no drink and I saw on the screen that it was a different one and I told her if it was the bacon whopper Melts and she said yes then she charged me more than it was supposed to be and when she gave my order it was the wrong one and she said that the drink was for free but she charged me for it then I told her that the burger is wrong and she gave me a crispy sandwich and I told her it was “bacon whopper melts” that I order and she repeated what I said and she said she was going to get it and she took the crispy sandwich back then brought me a whopper burger and I asked for the money back and return the food but they denied to give my money back and said I was saying it wrong when she repeated the order I wanted. It was around 12:33 AM! BAD worker employee and manager!!Parking: Okay.

POOR poor poor service! Co-worker ignored customer while being polite.gave wrong order 5 times and was playing the victim saying customer didn’t explain order right. While customer explained more than 3 times what the order was. Customer asked for refund and co-worker and manager refused to do so. Manager made the co-worker leave just a buger to the customer and the employee just ignored the customer while saying “excuse me”, trying to get their attention. So I give albertville buger king a Poor review for how they treat their customers.

At 21:30 january 9.The employee gave us the wrong order, went back to the window told her i want my money back, made up lies about us. called in her manager, I told the manager i want my money back they were both rude. I do not recommend the albertville burger king. Bad service.
Stood at counter 5 minutes. Never acknowledged. So we left and went to Wendy's. They took our order.

When I got to the speaker, they asked me to wait a minute and I waited for 15 minutes before they answered, and when they did answer it was a completely different person than who had initially answered the headset. I have 8 years of fast food experience and have never had a good experience at this specific burger king
