This is the Worst BK in Alabama
nothing ever comes the way I order it, The phone isn't answered anymore, just a bunch of kids playing.
Not slow, service was non existent today. Historically BK was my favorite FF in Albertville. Service has been painfully slow for some time. Stopped there today and given the car line was long I went in to get a go order. There was one person in front of me, don’t know how long he had been there. No one was working the front.
I understand lack of help, but there were lots of people working, just no one covering the front.

Went by Burger King tonight after working overtime, risking my life, catching criminals as I have done for over 20 years for little pay. I’ve never complained and take pride in doing my job well. I had not eaten all day. I went through the drive thru where there was only one car ahead of me. After sitting at the speaker several minutes, I finally hear a voice that I thought said go ahead with your your order.
