“I personally haven't had any issues at all here lately. Yes I have had to wait for my food BUT it was hot and fresh so nothing to complain about there. Employees always smile and have been nice to me which is always appreciated! I will continue to come here. You can't please everybody...so my suggestion is to just go here!!“

“The quality of the meal tonight may be the worst I've eaten since they opened in Guntersville. I have never, I mean Nev-A, left food on a plate when eating here. But tonight I did. The quality of the chicken was rubbery; the fries were cold & over salted. It was bad. Boaz store hands down has the better food quality.
UPDATE: They evidently read some reviews because the turnaround is acknowledged. Food is like it was when they opened in 2001ish. Much better! A+“
