We sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes waiting on our order. We did not need a receipt because I had everything tracked on my phone, and the woman at the window was incredibly sweet. She repeated everything back perfectly and was the only positive part of this experience.
With a screaming baby in the car and my grandparents waiting in the parking lot, we stopped the outside runner at the 20-minute mark to ask about our food. She told us it was ready and coming right out....read full review
