Stopped by KFC in Albertville and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a large Coleslaw to add to our meal, and it was fresh and had a good taste. Customer service was fast and friendly.

The food was good but they were out of biscuits and I got another side to replace them. They had a difficult time figuring out if they had the lemon cake when we asked but they did have it. I've definitely had better experiences here and the biscuits were missed!

NASTY restrooms and building.This location needs a DEEEP cleaning.
Confusion with orders,dining room and drive thru. Stinky filthy restrooms.cold mashed potatoes and gravy. Chicken not hot and crispy, tea not sweet. No manager present!
