They are very low staff right now. So I am patient with my order & the food is so good. The employees are great too. And I use coupons & I think its great to give a customer extra coupons to keep them coming back. Thank you Albertville Popeyes

Food is horrible, Always out of everything! Waiting is forever. Recently tried the blackened ranch fillet sandwich it was awful. It fell apart, was soggy, not good. I ask if fries were fresh was told yes but no they weren't.

Manager in Albertville is rude after we didn’t get our side of fries. She has half green and blue hair with long nails and talking derogatory about her other employees. Originally we were told they didn’t receive an order from us online and then after having to show them they said they would have to drop chicken for the order. We got half fresh chicken and half old chicken. It was a 16 piece chicken finger meal. Comes with 3 sides and we only got 2. Called the store for over 10 minutes straight with no answer. Went back to the store and called and while they had no one in store and no one in drive thru they still wouldn’t answer the phone. So after all this she gave us a fry and laughed in our face and never even apologized. We showed her the difference in chicken and that we received old chicken and again she laughs and says it’s all fresh, even the fries. When calling the number for area manager on receipt she says she doesn’t work for Popeyes anymore. Customer service is just a failure.

Closed early at 8 PM with restaurant all lit up because they apparently don’t have employees to work. Advertised to be open until 10 PM. Waited at drive in for 5 to 10 minutes. Said hello 3 times. Drove up to window. No one there initially. Then a women walked up to empty cash registers. She opened window when she saw me. I wouldn’t say she was rude. But overwhelmed. She said they only had one employee. There was an employee in the back outside walking around like he was lost.

Took over 20mins just to order one day around 130pm. Another time employee had me repeat my order 7 times just for it to be wrong when it came out. Inside is always closed, service stinks. Would definitely not recommend

Well. I don’t recommend this place. I came here on a Monday night.. a Monday night. And to start with I waited at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes and I heard nothing from anyone even after I said hello three times. No “give me a moment” or “I’ll be with you in just a second” nothing. I ended up just driving up to the window to order. I got sandwich combos and asked for extra mayonnaise and extra pickles and I also asked for honey. They made me pull up to wait for my order and they brought it out like 20 minutes later. It was only 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. (Not including the drink they gave me at the window). My sandwich bag wasn’t even closed really. My sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and the bun was ripped nearly in half. There wasn’t any extra pickles, the original amount is three and that’s how many I got. I wanted extra. That’s why I asked for extra.. and I didn’t get extra mayonnaise either. I also came to get Mac and cheese but they said they had none. Although the girl at the window was very nice and sweet, service wasn’t so great..

I don't know if they need more training or more staff but we had to repeat everything three times when we ordered in the drive thru and it took a LOOONG time for the two cars in front of us to get food. Our friends didn't get a response for over 5 minutes when they tried to come in behind us and ended up leaving. They're also out of all sauces except ranch.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular one.. ordered mashed potatoes and got 3 for some reason but no fork. My friend ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard but they were out of honey mustard so we said ranch would be ok but wasnt given any. We ordered a pie and was asked to circle around the building.. get back in line behind 2 more cars and it would be ready when I made it to the window again. The food was cold... the sandwich looked stepped on . This place is ridiculous. I was looking for a hidden camera because it was unreal. I realize places are short handed but there was 3 cars including me.... this wasn't short handed... they just don't care.

Finally gave up, pulled around, 3 employees standing around laughing. If you want to know why your numbers are down??? This is why.

Service was slow, food was okay, the Mac and cheese looked liked it was scrapped off the bottom of the pan. I had a piece of plastic in my Mac and cheese. The cost of three small drink was over $7.00.

Unbelievably slow. Waited in drivethrough for about 15 minutes and only one order was taken in that time. Person in front of me drove off. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and didn't hear a peep. When I finally drove off nobody else was in line in front of me. They just stopped taking orders.
