This Arby's is one of the worst that I have been to. Their customer service is horrible and they are rude for no reason. There is no point in working in customer service just to have a bad attitude and talk to people any kind of way, especially considering that we are paying customers. 0/10 would not recommend, spend your time and money elsewhere.

So my brother, his fiancé and I visited this Arby’s in Alex city and we were ordering and the RUDE, NASTY, curly fries serving female decided to put emphasis on “ Okay “ in a very disbursing way that customers should not be greeted with. Also the other male that was working also came off in a very nonchalant way. With all of this being said DON’T go to this Arby’s unless you wanna be greeted and have your food served with the lack of disrespect and manners.

My husband was profiled while picking up an order from DoorDash. The employee was extremely rude and snappy. A restaurant is supposed to be welcoming and friendly encouraging people to come back. If you need confirmation on an order ask nicely DONT SNAP!

I dont know who came up with the steak nuggets but they were horrible. Dry with hardly any taste. I honestly feel scammed after buying them to try. We threw them away.

Get rid of the racist that work there. I was standing in line with all white customers and they would not take our orders. Kept telling us that she would get to us in a minute after standing there for at least 5 minutes the worker done nothing but pretend she was busy. There was no food to be served by her ,just kept staring at the order board .

I walked in and a customer was at the register. Cashier Emma proceeded to check out the customer and once she finished she simply turned around. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I waited to see if she would eventually acknowledge me and NOTHING. I had to ask for my order. That’s quite rude to not at least acknowledge every person that enters the building. A simple hey I will be right with you would suffice. Also 1 of my Beef n cheddar’s had no cheddar .

45 min wait in drive thru, for them to hand us the wrong order. I get being short staffed, but if prep had been done correctly, these orders could have been pushed out in 20mins tops. This restaurant needs help.

Went in then came in to confused workers...then waited 30 minutes for my food. I had 4 buffalo sliders and a cheddar roast beef. My sat on the bar for 15 minutes and they would rather talk than hand it out.

I normally go to Arby's about 2 to 3 times a month and leave with a good experience, but I go in around 730 on 6/30/25 and there's a employee sweeping behind the counter, one sitting on a stool and another standing in the food prep,area, I'm the only customer inside with no one in the drive through, so I stand there and look at the menu and was standing there a good 5 minutes without any kind of greeting or anyone saying will be right with you or anything I mean not a word, and if one of them would've said hello, it's going to be a few minutes or anything, I'd been fine with it, I might not matter but my money that's helping keep you a job matters for sure.
