I normally go to Arby's about 2 to 3 times a month and leave with a good experience, but I go in around 730 on 6/30/25 and there's a employee sweeping behind the counter, one sitting on a stool and another standing in the food prep,area, I'm the only customer inside with no one in the drive through, so I stand there and look at the menu and was standing there a good 5 minutes without any kind of greeting or anyone saying will be right with you or anything I mean not a word, and if one of them would've said hello, it's going to be a few minutes or anything, I'd been fine with it, I might not matter but my money that's helping keep you a job matters for sure.

Im not giving a star, because of the rude employe, The Arbys sausce machine was empty and i asked for sauce, the girl pretended not to hear me. I asked another girl and she said theres sauce in the machine. The machine was empty and i asked her why i was holding 2 small arbys cup if the machine had sauce in it. I also had an Arbys Sandwich to go and the rude girl said she already had given me the sandwich. They were trying to acuse me of stealing a freaking sandwich. My food was almost $50.00. You need too fire these Arby employees whom are workng at Arbys in alexandercity Alabama. They are disrespectful and rude. The next time this happens, im going straight to the police department and let them know that one of Arbys disrespectful, rude employees were accusing me of stealing a freaking Sandwich.

Been to this Arby’s in Alexander city twice in the past month. First sat in drive thru with four cars ahead for over 15 minutes went inside to discover only one man working . He was completely overwhelmed. I ordered / paid : waited then left without food. Over 30 minutes is not even close to fast food . How can you have NO roast beef cooked??? Tried again this past week …one of the workers was so very rude to the other younger employee she was yelling. Very uncomfortable to witness. Again only one other person and waited for food too long only to get cold food. After two attempts Will not be back Very poorly run Arby’s DPatterson

This Arbys is definitely disappointing. The food is never that good. I love the French dip, but their au jus has absolutely NO FLAVOR it's basically just brown water. The only thing that seems to be good at this location are the sliders. Any other sandwich we've tried is barely warm, and their fries always taste old. The service is never good and you can tell the employees don't want to be there.

There were people who were sitting in the drive through who literally got out to look if there was anyone in front of them so they could leave, I’m assuming because no one was taking their order.. When I finally got to where I could order she said she would be with me in a moment.. and after almost 15 minutes, I just left. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Ordered the 2 for 6 dollar chicken deluxe and regular roast beef. The food was luke warm and the chicken patty was old.i went through the drive thru and didn't notice it till I was continuing on my way.this place needs a pep talk amd or find some help that actually cares about the food and service .instead of hiring peole that doesn't care.and train better .
Went to Arby's in Alexander City today. Arrived at 8 p.m. and the doors were locked but the sign on the door said the dinning room closed at 9 p.m. So we went to Who,s Diner and had a great meal where the staff was welcoming to my wife and I. Today 6 Nov we git to sit in and eat. Service was a little slow and the customer service acted like I was a bother to them for coming in. May eat there again but only if I don't feel like eating somewhere else.
