I not eat there no more , there surcharge is crazy as hell for everything you eat and drink
Good food. Just needs to be shut down an entire weekend for a thorough cleaning.
I went to Who's Dinner while out of town. It looked like a nice home cooked meal type of place. The food was good, the place is a bit dirty (which is normal for a Mom and Pop place). HOWEVER!! They over charged me. I left a $6 tip and they charged my card for a $16 dollar tip. I've tried for weeks to get this resolved but they keep giving me the run around. Who's Diner & Restaurant is a great place for good old country cooked food with that huddle house feeling and added service. It is like a vintage 60's small town diner within a slightly bigger town. Nothing fancy but a diner. The atmosphere is great, and the service is outstanding, courteous, and friendly. The food is phenomenal and excellent, with specific meals like fried sweet potatoes and okra, burgers, breakfast, brunette stew, chili, and other soups. The breakfast makes you feel like it's homemade from your grandmother's. The coffee ain't too bad either. The only reason it could not be a 5 is it's too small and cramped with the lunch crowd, but it is a great place to go in the evenings or after work. A lot of locals come to eat. The prices are great and everyone there is just fantastic. Who's is one of the best.
