My kids claimed that they didn't like Arby's but so we rarely go but I've always enjoyed Arby's. So we decided to stop by this Arby's so that I could show them how good it was. However, we had a long wait to get to order, then in the middle of trying to order for place on hold for over 5 more minutes. Then had to start the order over, but did not complain. The staff had their children there while they were working and the kids were running around the store . The food was not that great fries were cold and the roast beef was not very hot..
