1/27/24 ordered an extra-large pizza 1/2 pepperoni and mushrooms and 1/2 supreme minus green peppers and Canadian bacon, add bacon and anchovies. What I actually got had green peppers on the loaded side onions and sausage on the whole thing and black olives on the whole pizza. So the pepperoni and mushroom side had to be picked to bits and I had to fight indigestion all night due to the green peppers. Attention to details is what brings customers back. This was a bad first experience with this Papa John's. I'll use Domino's or Pizza Hut for my next pizza. Not to mention I had to pay for delivery with Door Dash.

My order was messed up and they didn't care to do anything about it. I will never order pizza from this ever location again!!!!.I kept being placed on hold several times and no one ever came back to the phone. Those workers are very rude and extremely disrespectful and management doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

Papa John's "use to be" my very favorite pizza, but the last several times that I've ordered it, it's been AWFUL!! No seasoning, (I mean the box probably tastes better than the pizza did) sparce toppings & cheese, greasy crust AND can NEVER, EVER get anyone to take your order by phone!!!! So I'm DONE with "Pappy" John's!!!!!!
