Short staff, order was wrong, no one washes there hands while prepping the food. One kid was touching the food while reaching up and touching his hair. The guy was short and rude to other customers and the phone was ringing off the hook. Poor processes.
They never answer the phone. it always goes to a busy signal, so you have no choice but to order online or in the app and can't get in touch with them if you need to change your order.
The service is friendly and the food is great. I have no complaints about anything that I get from Papa John's in Alexander City.
