They never answer the phone. it always goes to a busy signal, so you have no choice but to order online or in the app and can't get in touch with them if you need to change your order.
The service is friendly and the food is great. I have no complaints about anything that I get from Papa John's in Alexander City.
honestly this was the best pizza i’ve had in a while. the crust was actually crispy not soggy and the cheese was perfectly melted. i ordered the pepperoni and it came out hot and fresh even during a busy friday night. my driver was super friendly and even asked if i needed extra napkins which i thought was nice. yeah ill definitely be ordering from here again soon.
