This restaurant needs updating and good cleaning. It’s about 65 degrees in there and smells like a dirty old mop. The salad bar is less than half the size of the way it used to be. Lots of OLD veggies, rotten lettuce and slimy cucumbers. Service though, was exceptional.

We have had date nights at this location and tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at a Ruby Tuesday. Our waitress made several mistakes and always had an excuse for how someone else messed up. Took forever to get our bill and then had to walk up to the bar counter to pay so we could leave. While we were standing there and going through the payment process we had to listen to our server and the manager, Kim, argue about other employees not doing their closing duties. As a prior restaurant owner with experience in every aspect of food service, to include being a licensed mixologist, this was the worst representation of Ruby Tuesday possible.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and witnessed an employee spilling a food item all over the filthy salad bar counter, then proceed to pick them up and place the contaminated food in their respective containers with the (hopefully) clean food.
We were then seated and waited 15 minutes, never being seen for drink orders, handed any waters, or having our order taken. There had to have been about 9 servers and less than 10 tables of customers. Adding insult to injury, the bathrooms are dirtier than Marathon gas stations’. Would not recommend.

My girlfriend and I arrived about an hour before close. The food was great and we never felt rushed which is a major plus for me. Our server Makenzie was bubbly and helpful. The manager checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our food and drinks. Overall, we appreciated the experience and will definitely be back!
