Food was horrible. Had the Cajun chicken pasta it came out cold,had the half rack of ribs came out very dry with bbq sauce pour all over it. The salad bar was horrible didn't have hardly any lettuce on there no carrots and when asked they said that's all they had didn't even want to put more out . This use to be a good place to eat but now it's garbage. The server was great and kept apologizing.

A lot has changed since I last went to Ruby Tuesday.
I just got a basic burger. It was okay. About on par with ihop or Denny's. I miss their old burger, which had the option of upgrading to Angus beef.
I also got the flavored teas. Those weren't bad. Had to order something to drink since the water in this city tastes terrible or better stated, the taste in the local water is undrinkable.
Service was good, though. Seating was comfortable, and I believe there was wifi. They had some weekly deals and an all-you-can -eat salad bar. I can see myself coming back here to do work while slowly enjoying a meal.
Vegetarian options: Salad bar is vegetarian friendly.

The Rib Eye Quesadilla and Rib, shrimp and steak was good. The problem is that the salad has no meat. And the biggest problem is that the sewer issues. You can smell it from the Dining Room. Much improvement is needed there.

Arrived and sat ourselves due to no one being at the hostess stand, sat there for 10-15 minutes with a waitress walking all around us, made no eye contact, did not speak to us. We got up and left. This is after a rather concerning conversation from a waitress a couple of weeks prior. Will not be returning and after the things said by the waitress previously, I would advise you not to go either.

Tea tastes like vapo rub and only thing on the menu that doesn't have that water used is the lemonades apparently and they cost $1 extra and aren't appetizing. They charged me for that drink even with me remaining in the building about 3 minutes since it was brought to the table. The drink fiasco affected my visit and experience as well as my ability to enjoy my meal. Bring your own beverage if you eat here. The cups are also in unreasonable condition. I was appalled, obviously.

Service was horrible. i had to ask for things more than once. We waited over 40min for food after waiting 20 min to order. Definitely not going back.
My wife and I usually order online and pickup at the local Ruby Tuesday in Alexander City, the last time we placed our order and paid online and were told to pickup by 530pm, we sat there for 20 minutes just to be told that the reason our order wasn’t ready was because they were out of pasta. Refund would take up to 48hrs or we could order something else. We decided to order something else only to find out that they are out of a lot more food choices.
