The greatest chick fil an ever created definitely the friendliest and cleanest chick fil an ever!!! The employees were so friendly! Definitely would recommend, and I will be coming back
I use the mobile app because there's normally a line in the drive thru but I've never had an order made wrong and no problems picking up carry out after placing my order on the app.

I'm from Birmingham, and I guess maybe I'm spoiled by the service at those CFA's. Even Sylacauga's is on a high level. But the one in Alex City? Every time I go there, something is messed up. They forget to put the sauce I've requested in my bag, they've missed food items in my mother's orders, they have 2 lines for drive-thru, but only one open, not to mention that the drive-thru is always extra slow, similar to how all Hardee's used to be.
