“We went through the drive-through. The food is good but overpriced for what it is. The guy following ordered and taking money expected me to know what I was doing, she didn't explain anything, which kind of made me feel a little awkward. Not a fan.“

“We were in Alex City from northern AL and dined in at the KFC. I ordered a 2-piece/2-side meal: 2 original chicken pieces and 2 coleslaws for my sides. I received 1 coleslaw and 1 mashed potato. When I informed the cashier, she gave me the 2nd coleslaw. This was the BEST KFC food I have ever eaten. There are a lot of poor reviews for this KFC location stating that the food was stale. If the store can better manage their production schedule and stop serving stale food, this would be a 10-star KFC!“
