“Everytime I go the service is great. The food is great and even if there is a little timeon your food. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The wait doesn't seem that long all. The staff is quick to take your order and and happy to help and suggest food items when you are undecisive. The staff is very professional and helpful at all times to me. I enjoy coming and spending my money at this KFC.“

“Everything about this establishment is awesome! I've only ever had fantastic food, with fantastic service, and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I've never been there while the live music was going, which they have at least 3 or 4 nights a week (maybe more?), but I bet that is a blast too!“

“Thank you, thank you to Chick Fil A Greystone. We ordered food from here for our end of year football party. due to weather (cold and rainy) we changed our party location last minute from Heardmont Playground to Chick Fil A. Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. Isaac and his team were welcoming from Start to finish A thousand thank yous, from the Red Team (Oak Mountain Youth Football)“

“Chick-fil-A's accura8had dropped drastically in the last few years. Orders aren't right, sauces missing from the bag, customization in the app ignored. It's a shame. The cashier's and everyone are still extremely polite, though. There's just been a noticeable lack of attention to detail and polish lately.“

“Excellent customer service, very clean, great food. Chick-fil-A can’t be beat! Had my order ready before I left the counter and offered to carry it to the table for me. Someone in the dining room asked twice during our meal if we needed anything and was making sure the dining area was clean.“

“I went with my son and his class yesterday while on their field trip. Enjoyable experience, very helpful staff. It was kind of entertaining, there were several people ahead of me in line and the staff called "next person please" and even repeat it several times and customers would just stand there and not move up... My point being, that takes patience! Never heard anyone being disrespectful at all. Have a blessed day.“

“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“
