Ordered a Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme. Got a beef one instead (no chicken) and on top of that there was so little meat the whole thing fell apart.

Very easy to order on the kiosk. The customer service was excellent! I got the nachos grande and the food was very good, made exactly as I ordered and fast service! I highly recommend this Taco Bell in Alexander City Alabama!!!!

My little family loves Taco Bell. We have been to this one numerous times. The last two times have been bad. I'm not sure if the night shift workers and management have changed, but it is not good anymore. Our chalupa shells were so hard that we could not eat them. My son liked the meat, cheese, and sour cream. There was not enough to spread on one side. He didn't eat it. I didn't eat my steak chalupa due to the same reason. They didn't grill the burritos and missed the 'remove and add' screen in front of them completely. We will have to find somewhere else from here on out, as the money is too tight to pay for something that was made so poorly.

The crew running this place recently has been fantastic and has done a fantastic job service and facilities-wise. It’s not something you expect with fast food, but this has been a very consistent location with great crew and great food.

We ordered ahead on the app. There was a long wait in the drive thru. Our order was correct on the screen and receipt but was wrong in the box—small issues but after a long wait, it was annoying not to get the correct food.

The food was great people working there was very respectful and worked their magic in the kitchen because the order come out just as quick as I could give it to the cashier that's what it seemed like anyways and it was still perfected just like you would see it on a commercial all out this is a best Taco Bell I've ever ate at
