Alexander city Wendy's is the Worst fast food at night,We could not eat any of our meal the meat for burgers was in holding to long tasted old chicken sandwich was horrible you couldn't chew it. Not worth our money or time.

Stopped by Wendy’s for lunch today. It was quite busy. The line moved pretty fast. The food was ok! However the restaurant was absolutely filthy. The floors were wet around the self serve drink area. The floor were nasty snd the trash can was drenched in ketchup and trash was overflowing. If the health department were to come in at any time, I’m sure Wendy’s would probably be shut down. There was no health rating score displayed anywhere in the restaurant. I definitely won’t be back! Wendy’s of Alexander City, AL. 🤨🤨😕🫢

My job is literally 6 minutes from here. I dashed to Wendy's waited in line for a good ten minutes. Waiting to order behind another car . We were just waiting.An employee eventually came around in their car to let us know they were closed( Why they didn't hang a sign saying they were closed ) so others like myself wouldnt waste our thirty minute lunch break . On Oct 2,2024 I came once again ( my dumb self) ordered at 10:06 pm and paid for my food was asked to pull up and they would bring it out to me. I said fine., again I only get thirty min lunch. It took six minutes to get here so by 10:18 I'm like where is my food and drink. I got out my car only to realize I couldn't go in the inside as it was locked. There were about four cars now in the drive thru and when I got here it was the car in front of me and myself. So now I'm like, ok it's 10:20 I have ten minutes to get back to work and on the clock or I get a point. I had to leave the food I paid for and my money . Wasted my whole break and gas and didn't even get to eat anything . Yes they were very friendly but Lord my stomach growled all night . That's a 12 hr shift. Will I return ?!? HELL NAWL and I've told everyone I've come in contact with not to waste their time or money.

The women that are working today had amazing hospitality, they were making jokes and positive relationships with the customers. The food was ready very quickly. If I could leave more than 5 stars even though a majority were Auburn football fans

Consistency is the mark of good business and that is what I get. Excellent food and service which seems less like a chain fast food and more like a restaurant that you enjoy every detail of. The employees clearly appreciate you spending your hard earned money as evidenced in the food they deliver!

Wanted to say thank you to the kind staff at the wendy’s. We had come in and eaten and we’re waiting to leave it was pouring rain. We parked in the Walmart parking lot as we were towing a vehicle. A male staff member came up and offered to loan us an umbrella to get into the car. Thanks so much and great service from the staff. Way to go above and beyond in customer service.

Waited in line for the employees to either catch up with a friend or it might have been a very difficult customer. If it was the second scenario then the attitude of the female at the second window makes since. We were nice and polite and tried to make conversation. We were met with mumbles and rude behavior. I will give them another chance, but if you don't like your job... find something new?
