It’s an honest place, it looks like an old waffle house. Food is just regular greasy stuff, not bad though. While visiting the area I was able to have a better breakfast at a much nicer place nearby for exact same price.

Delicious local greasy spoon! Fresh food, hot coffee, and old booths that have been there for 30 years. Anyone complaining about the price is nuts. $10 for a hand-patted griddled burger and a side is a steal; you can't get a generic fast food meal for that these days. My patty melt was a two-hander of solid beef with loads of gooey cheese and grilled onions and the hash browns were perfect. We visited on a Sunday evening near closing time and service was fast and super friendly. We'd make a stop here anytime!
Food was average, at best. Soggy bun for my club, chewy, dry ham steak for breakfast meal. Service was overwhelmed, and the atmosphere was disorderly and dirty.

I went to Who's Dinner while out of town. It looked like a nice home cooked meal type of place. The food was good, the place is a bit dirty. HOWEVER!! They over charged me. I left a $6 tip and they charged my card for a $16 dollar tip. I've tried for weeks to get this resolved but they keep giving me the run around. last I was told was to come up there in the morning to speak with the manager. I live 6 hours away. I've left messages and no one has called me. my experience is that they will treat locals great but anyone out of town they will over charge and not get back with you. 10 out of 10 do not not recommend for out of town visitors.

$4.38 for a 2-egg sandwich, $3.99 for 3 slices of bacon, $3.99 for the plain hash browns, and $0.89 each for the cheese and onions.
Here's the more ridiculous part:
I ordered a chicken fried steak breakfast and only paid $11.99. I had more food for less money!
With a coke and an orange juice, it was over $37!!
