I pulled up in the drive thru and ordered a 16 piece and an 8 piece mixed meal. I was told it would be ready in 16 minutes. I finally made it to the window after sitting in line for 13 minutes. The lady at the window told me that the chicken was being dropped and would be ready in 18 minutes. When I questioned the time I was told it would be 18 minutes. The workers were moving around like they had cement blocks for feet. The drive thru wrapped partially around the building.
