It was my twin and I 13th birthday and it was a big group bigger than expecting. But I was not gave food so my sister shared but they kicks out before cake because it was closing time. The only reason for 2 start because the food was decent.

Ofelia’s brings big Italian flavor to a small town in Alabama. The sauce is rich and flavorful, the portions are large and service is always excellent. 10/10

We arrived around 1 pm for lunch and ordered lasagna and eggplant parmigiana plus salad. All were absolutely delicious! Food was delivered on a timely basis and service was excellent.

Excellent service and extremely generous portions.. Soup Of the day was broccoli cheese and it was phenomenal..

I love the restaurant and I’m so disappointed to be posting this. I had my girlfriend’s family over and since me and her rave about their food her family wanted to go, we got there at 6:30 and the server told us to wait 30 to 40 minutes and come back. It was a little inconvenient but we think highly of the food so we waited. 7:00 rolls around and we walk back in to the lady telling us “let me check because they just turned the open sign off” mind you she couldn’t walk up to me to tell me and there are other people eating. So we stand there waiting for 15 minutes just for her to tell us we can’t be served, so I walk up to her since she can’t come to me and I complained that we wasted 40 minutes of our night because she said we could be served by then. Will not be back, the service is terrible

This is not Italian. It is want to be Italian knock off crap. The sauce feels like store bought. The chicken parmigiana is not breaded as it should be. Everything is over cooked and dry. You should close the doors. If you think this is good food ..you don’t know what good food tastes like. Lost pizza has better food than this ..and their food is not good either.

The best food. Art is a process, so if you are in a hurry, go to a drive through. But if you want great, homemade Italian food, it is worth the wait.

If you haven’t eaten here, put it on your calendar…you won’t be disappointed!!! I have spent time in Italy and the food served here is a perfect match. The owner is an amazing lady, friendly and very personable. Definitely knows how to cook Italian cuisine!!!

Quiet dining. Quick service. Delicious food. I ordered shrimp scampi. It was Devine. I ordered a kids spaghetti for mom and it was the same portion as an adult. Lunch for tomorrow. Husband ordered chicken Parmesan. Plenty on the plate. He thought it was a tad over baked but he enjoyed it.

We’ve been twice. The food was good both times but the waitress failed to make us feel welcomed both times. The first time, she was very short with us and was basically acting like she was only serving us because she had to, not that she wanted to. We left as soon as we were done eating because the atmosphere that she created was off. The second time, she completely ignored my husband the whole entire time. He never got a refill on his drink the entire time we were there and his food was served last (about 5-10 mins later). I would be more lenient if it was bad service all together but she was great towards my mom and I. She asked us if we wanted refills and kept up on our service. It was just him that she seemed to have a problem with and it left a bad taste in our mouths. Even at the end, she took my mom and I’s plates and just left my husbands plate sitting there. We most likely won’t be back because of her. And it sucks cause the food really is amazing!!

Worth the trip, the best Italian food that I've had in years. I highly recommend the lasagna. I'll definitely be returning. The atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable. They treat you like family and make you feel at home.
