I was not impressed. I ordered a regular BBQ sandwich at the drive through. The price was outrageous. Seven dollars just for a small sandwich that was just fair. The meat was dry and there was minimal sauce applied. The wait in line was quite lengthy also.
So, I've been getting their chicken and dressing plate for some time now. It's really good. But since they introduced their sweet potato casserole, I've found my addiction. Let me tell you, every year at Thanksgiving, it's been my homemade Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole that has become a staple for the holidays for many years. Called McClellan store, voiced a complaint about previous visit at Noble Street store. I spoke with Lauren. I went to place and purchase order and it was made perfect just as I am accustomed to at most visits. Also Lauren advised me that this was a courtesy replacement....the food portions were great as they usually are and food tasted great.
