Went today and ordered off the menu, but got to witness the employee's interaction with customers at the buffet. The sweet lady who took our order was super sweet and helpful. The other sweet lady helping buffet guests was too sweet as well! She knew a lot of her customers orders and everything. Definitely a super pleasant experience.
Tried to order online but unfortunately this location has turned out online ordering for some reason 😞
We ordered a bucket of chicken, four sides, a pot pie, and a country fried steak plate. We walked in to order and got it to-go. The food was prepared quickly and every thing was great. They did a great job.

KFC is a good place to visit, with great management and considerate service. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as small chicken pieces and not getting their requested meal options. Despite this, the restaurant has standard fast food parking and is wheelchair accessible with ramps provided. While some staff members provide good service, others may need to improve their attention to customer requests.
