Tonight I pulled in behind a customer who got audacity on sale and heard her verbally abusing and aggressively arguing with the staff at the window- a beautiful black female with glasses and a white female with beautiful red hair. Both of them could’ve easily negatively responded to this customer (all over her not getting free items because she was loud enough for everyone to hear) but instead your employees continued excellent customer service and chose to attempt to de-escalate...read full review
