I only leave one star reviews if I have had many back to back bad experiences. You pay for an order and you want it to be taken care of correctly. I have had back to back bad experiences with my orders starting off with the wrong order multiple times, bad service and they seem to lack care for anything they do, and this is the biggest amongst other minor issues.

The worst McDonalds there is. They can never get anything right. I ask for extra fries instead of apples every single time for my boys and every single time we get apples. Majority of the time I have to pull up to wait on the food and when we get it, its still wrong. Yesterday, I received no extra fries and my babies kids meal had 3 chicken nuggets. Yall need to get it together.

We went to Mc Donald's around 8 30 this morning and the lady that took our order and the lady that gave us our order both were extremely rude we will just do without breakfast if that's what fast food is coming to

This is the worst Mc Donald’s ever!!!!!!I sat in the drive through for 8min.And was the only one there!!!! she did say it would be a minute……then car pulled up at window next me…… And I immediately got their order taken done drove around and paid for it,while I’m still sitting there. And when I said something about it, lady, on the other side was very very rude!!!!!!I had some more I needed to be, and she was making me late. When I got to the window to get the food, she pretty much threw the food at me and didn’t say anything.This is the second time this has happened to us at the Anniston McDonald’s. Will never go back there!!!!
