OMG NEVER AGAIN!!! First Time I went there was last July, we had an order of 2 sacks of cheese krystals and some fries. They asked us to pull around to the parking lot and they would bring us our food when it was ready. After repeated inquiries at the walk up window and again, driving through an empty drive thru, was told again to pull around. Employees were beyond rude. No update on the order or anything. Krystal is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with awesome staff who provide kind and quick service. Despite the usual Krystal style of having cheese and onions at the bottom of the box, the food is always ready promptly. With a super nice and understanding team, customers can expect a hassle-free experience, even with special requests.
