Only giving 1 star because I have to, this place deserves ZERO stars. First & last time eating here & I will never recommend this location to anyone. I called in an order to pick up. My husband gets home & all the food was wrong plus missing 1 plate. He goes back & when he opens his food at home it’s still wrong. We aren’t wasting gas or energy for a 3rd trip to correct the food. Terrible first impression!
Usually its very good but today everything went wrong. It started when my wife asked that the Childrens meal for our 2 year old granddaughter be served on a to go box. It was but ALL of the 3 adult meals were also served in to go boxes. The salsa in the appetizer bowl was so watery it looked like tomato soup, no substance to it, My wife's chimichanga was cooked but it was NOT deep fried like the menu stated. A very disappointing meal.
Placed a to go order with Los Arcos today. Took it home and started eating and guess what I found in my chicken fajita mix? A quarter!! Yes, you read that correctly. A quarter as in money. How freaking nasty and all they can say was “it was an accident.” REALLY? An accident! How do you not know you dropped money into the food?? We won’t be eating there anymore! Freaking NASTY!!
