Taco Bell offers fast and friendly service, with customers often receiving their orders quickly. Despite some inconsistencies with online ordering and availability of certain items like Baja Blast, the restaurant provides a welcoming experience. Chalupa shells can be a bit hard, but the staff's great customer service makes up for it. Recently, the inside and parking lot have been noted as clean, and the food is hot and consistent with quick and attentive staff. However, the restaurant can be quite empty, and sometimes staff do not approach customers directly, requiring use of the kiosk. One positive aspect is that the food quality remains good, and the lady who handed out the food was friendly. Some customers have experienced missing items, even when ordering extra beef, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent Taco Bell with friendly service and clean surroundings, but it could improve on consistency and staff engagement.
