I won't go into a big spill about every, single thing that happened, but basically every, single time I went, they got my order wrong, it was over cooked, or cold, or the condiments requested was not put in the bag. I use to love Popeyes, but they could easily do better.
Food and service usually good here, 4 stars because of long lines and wait time. Best chicken sandwiches in area, in my opinion. (As long as they are fairly fresh) Mac and cheese is good also
We catered a large order from this restaurant and the whole order exceeded expectations!! Everything was cooked to perfection!! I am so thankful for the staff. The online option only gave me a choice for all regular or all spicy. The store manager called me in advance to verify the order and allowed us to do half original half spicy. That call alone was so helpful for the busy day. Thank you team for providing a perfect meal for everyone at our event!
