We have this place and the incompetent city council of Anniston brags about getting a Starbucks in Anniston. Thanks for something no one needed. This place is the best place hands down.
This place has a sign that says we are now open at 5:00 a.m. I get in line sit at the drive-thru for 15 minutes nothing comes over the intercom. I pull around Park and a Truck comes up in the Drive-Thru they serve him and I come back around in the Drive-Thru and they tell me that they are not open until 5:30 but the sign says 5:00 a.m. y'all really need to do something about the service at this place used to be one of my favorite places to get coffee but now it's not
IMHO, Best coffee place, hot or cold in town. Obviously, there are many more to choose from and they all have their specialty. Scooter's ice cream based coffees simply makes their flavors taste better.. again, IMHO.
I know the staff is trained to engage with customers but the fact that they all cheerfully do it, simply makes the drive thru visit more pleasant.
