Place has really gone to hell. Waited in the drive thru 20 minutes last night for some thug to finally come to the window eating fries and running his hands repeatedly thru his nasty hair, opens the window and just looks at me and says, “sup”. Staff knows the rest of the encounter but this individual should not be working around food, the lack of hygiene around people’s food is disgusting, and then the attitude problem on top of that is too much. I love the big jack burger. I order the fried green tomatoes got three tomatoes and fries. The grease had a bad after taste like it was so old. I watch the girl on drive thru eat food on the line when I pulled up to the open window. She then proceeded to eat more. Then I told her she should be happy I am not with health Dept as her eating at the drive thru window is a no no. She was like whatever. Not sure I will be back for a while.
