I ordered at 4:15 PM for my delivery to arrive at 6:30 PM. I waited until after 6:45PM to call the store. I was put on hold twice for 6+ minutes each time. Finally, I was able to ask about the status of my order (being after 7:00 PM at this time). They informed my my order had not even been put in the oven yet. Food was burned. will not order again, refusing to refund my money.
Update: the area director refunded the money but still might not buy from them.
