I took my grandsons to Krystal's and it was their first time. They loved it. The restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean and the food was fresh and hot. No wait time

Krystal has nice employees and moderately quick service. The food, including burgers, is made to order and has gotten better over time. Although it's a little pricey, the restaurant has a nice building and is well-maintained. Overall, Krystal provides a good experience, making it a great place to visit.
