Ordered takeout: hamburger steak and a bbq potato. Menu on the website clearly states that it comes with mushrooms and gravy. I opened my order at home to find it to be completely dry and without any sauce. At no point during the conversation did the woman on the phone even ask if I wanted anything on top nor did she even suggest that toppings, identified as included on the online menu, would be extra or not included.
