While the food itself is ok, make sure to check your order. We've gone here 4 or 5 times and every time something is wrong, missing, and/or we are left waiting a long time. We aren't talking large or complicated orders here and there seemed to be plenty of staff to get it right, so I'm not sure why it's a recurring problem. Hopefully management will make changes to improve the service here soon. Until then, we will go back to making the 15 minute drive to the...

My food is always right every single time!! And the woman at the window (Nicole I think?) is always amazing and polite! I come here at least once a week!

Dietary restrictions: I don’t like the chipotle sauce (personal preference) or tomato’s and they always leave them off when I ask them to!

Wendy's Arab Alabama has a Wendy's! This welcome addition is in the old Taco Bell location. The place is clean and the employees friendly. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was served quickly and was hot. The chicken was juicy and delicious. I would highly recommend a visit!
