Jack's Family Restaurant Reviews
Tuesday was the first time that I have gotten old dried out chicken from this Jacks and they won't get a second chance from me! I always order the 10 piece chicken with fries and coleslaw! At 4pm i expect it to be fresh for the dinner hour, but I guess they didn't want my business
terrible customer service, employees yelling in the background to the manager, I told you that IS what she said, he was right, I did say it!!!. drivethru girl charging the wrong price, over charging me! Bad experience last time but thought I would give them another try, nope done!!!
Ordered a lemonade shake. When we got to window it was a strawberry shake. When asked to correct the lady said oh that’s a strawberry lemonade shake! We don’t have lemonade shakes! I should have been told when ordered and given an option to choose something else! Once again jack’s in ashford can’t get it right!

Jack's is a restaurant with friendly employees, offering parking for semi trucks. The drive-thru wait time can be a bit long, but the staff is always polite. Customers have noted that the grilled chicken can sometimes be hard around the edges or old and dried out, though this seems to be an occasional issue. Some have experienced delays in receiving their online orders, with cold fries being a common complaint. Despite these setbacks, the excellent food quality and respectful service keep customers coming back for more. The staff can be nice and funny, and the food is incredible, even perfect to a degree while also being affordable. The ice cream is everything customers could've dreamed of. However, some have reported messed-up orders and unprofessional behavior, with staff loudly gossiping and being rude. No one there knows how to make a milkshake. Still, many enjoy their visits and wish they had a Jack's where they live.
