I had to bring my mom lunch and Jack( Ashford Ala)was the closest restaurant but she didn't want to eat there ! I got it anyway because it was better for me! My mom enjoyed her lunch 2 piece with mashed potatoes/ gravy and coleslaw. Thank goodness they had coleslaw! Thank you so much
Tuesday was the first time that I have gotten old dried out chicken from this Jacks and they won't get a second chance from me! I always order the 10 piece chicken with fries and coleslaw! At 4pm i expect it to be fresh for the dinner hour, but I guess they didn't want my business
The quality of food and the standards of employees seems to be descending the ladder not climbing it.
The last 4 times we ordered there, they messed up our orders and standing there waiting was a nightmare as the staff wear too busy loudly gossiping and trashing other employees that weren't there.
They were rude and crass and very unprofessional.
We won't be going back there for a while.
No one there knows how to make a milk shake.
