Tuesday was the first time that I have gotten old dried out chicken from this Jacks and they won't get a second chance from me! I always order the 10 piece chicken with fries and coleslaw! At 4pm i expect it to be fresh for the dinner hour, but I guess they didn't want my business
The quality of food and the standards of employees seems to be descending the ladder not climbing it.
The last 4 times we ordered there, they messed up our orders and standing there waiting was a nightmare as the staff wear too busy loudly gossiping and trashing other employees that weren't there.
They were rude and crass and very unprofessional.
We won't be going back there for a while.
No one there knows how to make a milk shake.

We went to the Dothan Alabama location, and we had the sliders and fries. Oh, so good. Great service and friendly employees who served us. Almost every time we come through, we stop by Jack's. (Just felt the need to elaborate on my 5 stars.)
