We went to the Dothan Alabama location, and we had the sliders and fries. Oh, so good. Great service and friendly employees who served us. Almost every time we come through, we stop by Jack's. (Just felt the need to elaborate on my 5 stars.)

Attention Corporate or Franchisee owner. This location is struggling. I believe a deep review of staff would help your business. Over the past 6 months quality has declined both in staff morale & food. Today, as a business owner, my visit to this location was very disappointing. The shift lead/manager was walking around speaking about how certain people haven't been showing up to work to the entire staff & with in customer ear shot. The poor girl upfront was waiting...

Friendly & quick service. My order was the “grilled chicken sandwich” & that was the most tastiest “chicken” sandwich I have ever had when it comes to “fast food/drive-thru” type of eating.
