“Good vibes, great service, & fantastic food!“

“Tonight we had our only bad experience ever at Marcos on East Main Street in Dothan, AL. Our pizza was not made correctly and we did not know until we got home. We have to drive 30 miles round trip to pickup pizza. One of our guests began to eat the wrong pizza we brought home. My husband called Marcos and explained the situation. We were told they are new employees and new manager. We were also told to bring the pizza back to let them see it. My husband took a picture of the pizza and it is obvious it was not the pizza we ordered. We expected to be told they would make it up to us on our next trip. We were not. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed since the store opened. Customer service should be better when they make a pizza incorrectly. Otherwise I would recommend this Marco’s.“

“I come here for lunch nearly once a week, personally they put too much sauce on the pizza, and not enough pepperoni, however this is nitpicking. It still taste good and that flavored crust is the best. Service is always good and friends, young man at the front is quick, but gets the order right and friendly. As for the store, very few pizza places have booths anymore and this is one of them which is nice and it's usually kept clean and neat, albeit it is showing it's age and in need of updates.“
